Topping-Out Ceremony at Markgrafendamm 34a – A Strong Commitment to Quality Construction

At the end of May, together with our project partners, the contractors, and the RABE-ERO GmbH team, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for our new construction project at Markgrafendamm 34a. A special moment that highlights the successful progress of the construction while honoring the strong collaboration of all parties involved.

Since the groundbreaking last August, a lot has happened on the construction site – and the topping-out ceremony was the perfect occasion to celebrate this milestone together. With bright weather, delicious food, and music from the DJ, it was clear: this project is not only about creating living space but also about fostering teamwork and reliability.

On behalf of PV 21. Objektgesellschaft mbH, we are creating modern, barrier-free residential units at Markgrafendamm in a central location – sustainably planned, precisely executed, and with a commitment to the highest quality.
