Berlin, March 12, 2025 – RABE-ERO GmbH has today signed the general contractor agreement for the construction project at Putlitzstraße 11, 10551 Berlin. With this agreement, the company assumes full coordination and execution of the project. Following numerous successful residential construction projects, this undertaking marks RABE-ERO GmbH’s return to commercial building construction.

 

The client is Espera Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH, a subsidiary of WK Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH, which exclusively manages the property at Putlitzstraße. The plan is to construct a modern commercial building, distinguished by high-quality architecture and contemporary space concepts. Construction is scheduled to begin on April 14, 2025, with completion—including all outdoor areas—planned by January 11, 2027.
