Berlin, August 21, 2024 – On May 22, 2024, RABE-ERO GmbH celebrated the official groundbreaking ceremony for a major new construction project at Markgrafendamm 34a, 10245 Berlin.
The project, which we are implementing on behalf of PV 21. Objektgesellschaft mbH, will create urgently needed residential space in a central location.
We are particularly proud that most of the apartments will be designed to be barrier-free, making them accessible to a broad and diverse range of residents.

Outlook: Construction Progress and Completion
Since the groundbreaking ceremony in May, construction work has started on schedule and is now well underway.
The construction company RABE-ERO GmbH relies on proven techniques and modern building processes to ensure the high quality and adherence to deadlines for which the company is known.
The project officially began on February 1, 2024, and completion of the residential building is scheduled right on time for Easter 2026.
