Berlin, 27 October 2025 – The IT department of Rabe-Ero GmbH has welcomed a new trainee in IT Systems Management as of 1 October 2025.

We are pleased to welcome our new trainee, Tom Jenke, to the field of IT Systems Management!
Tom is completing his apprenticeship at Rabe-Ero GmbH in cooperation with kiezküchen GmbH, which acts as the educational provider, guiding and supporting the training process both pedagogically and organisationally. Together, we ensure that professional learning and personal development go hand in hand.

During his apprenticeship, Tom will gain insight into all key areas of IT — from administration and support to programming — and will actively support our team. His journey, however, is not only about technology: as an aspiring IT Systems Management Clerk, Tom will also be involved in commercial processes and organisational tasks. This allows him to gain experience in both worlds of IT — the technical and the business-oriented perspective.

As the training provider, kiezküchen GmbH accompanies the entire apprenticeship process, ensuring that trainees are well integrated, individually supported, and guided throughout their day-to-day work. At Rabe-Ero GmbH, we take care of the practical training and provide an environment where trainees can directly apply and expand their theoretical knowledge.

We greatly value the close cooperation with kiezküchen. Through continuous exchange and pedagogical support, we ensure that our trainees receive the best possible guidance. This creates a training experience that is not only professionally sound but also strengthens personal growth and prepares them for their future careers.

Of course, the dual training model also includes vocational school. Theoretical content is taught two days per week — digitally and with modern teaching methods. This allows Tom to apply and deepen what he learns directly in practical work.
