Meet our new structural engineering project manager
My name is Marc Holzenleuchter, and I am very pleased to introduce myself as the new Project Manager in the field of structural engineering. After several years of experience in executing complex construction projects, I am now looking forward to contributing extensively to RABE-ERO.
It is important to me not only to realize projects successfully from a technical and economic perspective but also to develop sustainable solutions collaboratively with all parties involved – from the planning team to the construction site. I look forward to getting to know my new colleagues, taking responsibility for exciting projects, and actively helping to shape the future of our company together.
A particular focus of my previous work has been in turnkey construction, where I was able to apply my strengths in comprehensive project management and coordination of complex construction processes. I always view construction projects in their entirety – from planning through execution to turnkey handover. Close coordination among all trades is just as important to me as clear scheduling, cost control, and quality management.
In addition, I have developed specialized expertise in the field of screed work through my previous projects. I possess a deep understanding of the various types of screed, their specific applications, and the relevant building physics requirements.
Through my experience in construction supervision and interface coordination with adjacent trades – particularly in interior fit-out – I am able to identify potential issues early and resolve them in a practical, solution-oriented manner. My goal is to create efficient processes throughout the construction workflow and ensure the high level of execution quality that our clients expect from a turnkey construction project.
