Architecture tour 2025 – Berlin
Berlin, September 16, 2025

This year, we held our very first Architecture Tour in Berlin. The event was initiated by Olaf Tepper, who developed the concept and implemented it together with the team. The goal of the tour was to showcase selected projects and promote professional exchange on architecture and urban development.
The tour featured three stops:
• Dockyard, Stralauer Allee
• Pop-Up-Showroom of the Thomas Gruppe
• Sixty2, Klosterstraße
The tour was accompanied by architect Sergei Tchoban and his colleague Axel Binder, who provided participants with detailed insights into architectural concepts and planning backgrounds.
The conclusion of the tour took place on the Spree River. During the boat ride through central Berlin, participants had the opportunity to reflect on the day’s impressions and continue conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. A shared dinner on board perfectly complemented the setting, providing a harmonious conclusion to the tour.
With this first Architecture Tour, we have established a format that makes architectural culture tangible, imparts knowledge, and fosters dialogue. The successful launch demonstrated the potential of this format and serves as the starting point for a series we intend to continue and further develop in the future.
We extend our special thanks to Sergei Tchoban and Axel Binder for their valuable contributions, as well as to all participants who helped shape this memorable day.
