Berlin, August 14, 2025<\/strong> \u2013 With pleasure and pride, we announce that the contract signing for the new construction project at Bonner Wall 106 in Cologne has been successfully completed.<\/p>\n

On August 12, 2025, Bernd Hasse from Bonner Wall 106 GmbH and Olaf Tepper, CFO of RABE-ERO GmbH from Berlin, signed the contract for this exciting project. Bonner Wall 106 GmbH is a project company of the renowned Property Ventures GmbH from Cologne.<\/p>\n

The plan is to construct a residential building with at least 68 modern apartments, providing future residents with comfortable and future-proof homes. In addition, an underground garage with 18 car parking spaces and 75 bicycle spaces will be created, contributing to a sustainable and practical use of the property.<\/p>\n

The project covers a gross floor area of 3,725 m\u00b2, complemented by a basement of approximately 837 m\u00b2 and the development of all outdoor areas. Construction is scheduled to begin on October 13, 2025, with overall completion planned for May 19, 2027.<\/p>\n

We look forward to the collaboration and are confident that this project will not only represent an important step in the development of Cologne but also serve as a model for modern, sustainable, and livable residential neighborhoods.
