A total of 67 new apartments are being constructed, featuring balconies and\/or rooftop terraces to provide future residents with a high level of living quality and outdoor space. In addition, the project includes the renovation of ten boat berths with piers and the partial refurbishment of the existing building. The new construction areas will cover an above-ground gross floor area of approximately 5,460 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, a partial basement will be built for the building at Tabbertstra\u00dfe 2, with a gross floor area of approximately 500 m\u00b2. The construction scope also includes the development of all outdoor areas, including the boat piers, as well as the fencing of the property.<\/p>\n
